简·亚历山大（Jane Alexander，1939 年 10 月 28 日出生）是美国女演员、作家和美国国家艺术基金会前主任。虽然亚历山大最出名的可能是在舞台和银幕上扮演《伟大的白色希望》中的女主角，但在戏剧和电影中扮演过各种各样的角色，并致力于各种慈善事业。
