大卫·莱恩爵士（1908年3月25日-1991年4月16日）是一位英国电影导演、制片人、编剧和剪辑师。他被广泛认为是英国电影界最重要的人物之一，他因改编查尔斯·狄更斯和诺埃尔·科沃德的作品以及他的大型时代史诗而广为人知，如《桂河大桥》（1957 年）、《阿拉伯的劳伦斯》（1962 年）、《日瓦戈医生》（1965 年）、《瑞恩的女儿》（1970 年）和《印度之旅》（1984 年）。受到史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格（Steven Spielberg）和斯坦利·库布里克（Stanley Kubrick）等导演的赞誉和赞扬，在2002年英国电影学会视觉与声音“导演最佳导演”民意调查中，Lean被评为有史以来第9位最伟大的电影导演。他曾七次获得奥斯卡最佳导演奖提名，两次凭借《桂河大桥》和《阿拉伯的劳伦斯》获奖，他有七部电影进入英国电影学会的英国电影百强（其中三部进入前五名）。
