西格妮·韦弗
西格妮·韦弗（Sigourney Weaver），1949年10月8日生于纽约，原名苏珊·亚历山德拉 ·韦弗。父亲是著名的电视制片人，母亲是一名为家庭牺牲了事业前程的演员。西格妮从小在家庭保姆的精心照料下长大，没有经历过什么苦难。因为父亲工作的关系，搬家是全家人的家常便饭。 代表作品-异形系列 到她10岁那年，他们一家先后在30个地方居住过。1961年，西格妮进入Brearly女子学校读书，因为个头明显比班上大多数同学要高很多，经常被同学们取笑，为获得同学的接纳，她只好接受了班上小丑的角色。 1963年，在《了不起的盖茨比》（The Great Gatsby）中扮演西格妮·霍华德一角后，她把自己的名字改成了现在的样子。此前，她已经在学校戏剧作品《仲夏夜之梦》（A Midsummer Night's Dream）中演过女主角。1965年，和一家剧团合作，在《欲望号街车》等艺术作品中出演角色。1967年中学毕业后，她在以色列的集体农庄里呆了几个月时间，和记者亚伦·拉萨姆订婚，不久又解除婚约。1969年进入斯坦福大学，专修英语文学，在校期间参与学校戏剧表演。1971年申请前往耶鲁大学戏剧学院深造，因为个子太高，被专业课教授拒之门外，只能饰演妓女或老年女人一类的角色。1973年遇到一队富有才华的编剧和演员，之后经常跟着他们。耶鲁大学毕业后，西格妮认真开拓自己的舞台表演事业，但身高问题仍然阻碍着她的发展。1979到1981年间，她和克里斯多弗·杜拉合作创作了戏剧《Das Lusitania Songspiel》并一连主演了两季，开始引起人们关注，她还因此获得了一个戏剧奖。70年代中期，她先后参加了几部电视作品的演出。 女英雄艾伦·雷普利少尉 1977年，在伍迪·艾伦执导的《安妮·霍尔》（Annie Hall）一片中露了6秒钟的脸，突然引起很多人的注意，开始有机会更多地接触电影。西格妮1979年在《异形》（Alien）中饰演的“太空英雄”雷普利形象，使她“一夜间”成了明星，并因此获得英国电影奖提名。1982年她主演的《危险年代》（The Year of Living Dangerously）一片，在澳大利亚取得极大成功，后来获得一项奥斯卡奖。1984年10月1日，西格妮和拍拖近一年的吉姆·辛普森结婚。此后，她继续在事业的道路上求索。1986年参演的《异形续集》（Aliens II）取得轰动性成功，西格妮因此获得金球奖和奥斯卡双料提名。之后，西格妮进入自己电影事业的多产期，先后获得奥斯卡最佳女主角和最佳女配角等多项提名。离开戏剧舞台多年后，她又于90年代中期重登舞台，参加了一部杜拉戏剧的演出。1997年的《冰风暴》（The Ice Storm）一片，为她获得了英国电影和电视艺术学院(BAFTA）的一个大奖和一项金球奖提名。如今的西格妮，虽然已经50多岁，却仍然是好莱坞令人瞩目的一颗才艺女星，保持着世界级美人的称号。西格妮的其他主要作品包括：《世界地图》（A Map of the World）、《银河追缉令》（Galaxy Quest）和《打工女郎》（Working Girl）等。 备受影迷期待的3D立体巨制《阿凡达（Avatar）》于2009年12月10日在伦敦举行了首映礼，这部影片是女影星西格妮·韦弗（Sigourney Weaver）的大银幕收官之作。西格妮·韦弗饰演格雷丝·奥古斯汀博士，英勇战死在潘多拉星球上。是联系主角和纳美人的关键人物。
